1. How long have you been blogging? And what got you started on blogging? Has your blog changed?
I’ve been blogging for 4 months! My blog has kind of changed from just my little personal journey, to a full-blown teachers blog, with my journey in it!

Yeppers! I went to Oral Roberts University and studied Elementary Education with a concentration in Teaching ELLs. {sidenote 1: it feels so weird to say “went” because I just graduated!} {sidenote 2: it feels so good not to have to explain ELLs!}

3. Where have you traveled?
I have traveled all over the U.S. on family vacations- from NYC to Texas, from Wisconsin to Hawaii. But my favorite places have been outside the US!

4. If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you would buy?
A car with a personal driver! I know, random. But it’s a long story!

Ooh, toughy! I’d have to say Pride and Prejudice! I love romantic comedies!

I love iced tea (especially McAlisters Sweet Tea!) and water!

Eeek! this is hard! It’s a toss up between Target and Hobby Lobby!

so, we were on our way home from Togo last summer, on the airplane across the atlantic ocean. in togo, they speak french, along with the indigenous languages. so I had gotten used to saying “merci” since it means “thank you” in french. every day for a month, I would say it all the time! Well, as we are nearing NYC, they pass out the citizenship papers (or whatever they are called). The rest of the team got theirs in English, but mine were in French! The reason? Whenever the stewardess would give me something, I would say merci instead of thank you! LOL! So she thought I spoke French!11. What day would you love to relive again?
Any day in Togo or Colombia!12. If your life was turned into a movie… what actor would play you?
Zooey Deschanel- I LOVE her in New Girl- since she’s a teacher/hipster!
13. What are the jobs you had in high school/college/the early years?
My first job was my fave. I worked as a receptionist for my dad’s Medical spa. I also worked at a grocery store, for a non-profit called Campfire USA, and for a couple areas at my university.14. Show us a picture from high school or college.

15. If you could travel anywhere in the world, all expenses paid, where would you go?
Oh wow! I want to go all over the world! But I’ve always wanted to go to Paris!

| this past year I was a chaplain (spiritual leader) on a dorm wing, and this is a picture of the group of amazing ladies who also were chaplains in my dorm! We had a surprise wedding shower for our head chaplain (in the middle on the bottom row), because she got married the day after graduation! |
17. Where do you see your life 5 years from now?
I see me teaching in some South American country, loving life, hopefully with a boyfriend/fiance/husband!
