Guess what time it is??!! Semi-Annual Sale time! The Bath and Body Works SAS (Semi-Annual Sale) started this week and goes through July 6! Yipee! This is going to be the fourth sale I have worked, and I’ve been there long enough to figure out some tips and tricks for getting the most out of this awesome sale, and getting the most bang for your buck! If you’re as excited as I am, take a little read before you head into your local store.

1. Coupons/Email Sign-Up
Before heading into most stores, I have a coupon in hand or on my smartphone that I use. This is definitely something you will want for the SAS! The one coupon that you can pretty much bet on being available to use is $10 of a purchase of $40 or more. Here’s a coupon they sent out online that goes through June 13.
If you can’t make it to your local store by then, and even if you can, sign up for the email updates and coupons on the BBW website (scroll down to the bottom of the page), so you can get the best coupons! Also, if you go into most stores and tell them you want to use the $10 off $40 coupon, they’ll let you, as the one we gave out last month goes all the way through sale.
2. Check out the Highest Clearance and Daily Deals
A lot of times for the sale, we will have special daily deals for that one day only. Keep an eye on your email for more info about them, but if you happen to catch something you really want on that daily deal, snatch it up while you can! Also, find out what are your best deals. You can ask an associate, or just look for the signs with the highest percentage off (aka 75% off). At the tables, there should be conversion charts handy for you to find out how much each item costs. Going into these sales, I always look for the best deals! What can save me the most money? What do I usually not splurge on, that I can today because it’s marked down so much?!

3. Budget!!
Before you walk into the store, it’s a good idea to set a budget. That way you won’t be tempted to spend it all! Take into consideration what you’re willing to spend, the coupons, and what you need/want! Treat yourself!! Also, don’t be afraid to ask questions before you get to the cash wrap. Chances are, the associates know how much something is, so there should be no surprises as you head up to pay. We are ready and willing to assist you!
4. Get your Gifting Done Early!
This is a FABULOUS time to get some great gifts at amazing prices! I like to write out a little list of the people I want to give gifts to throughout the year, so I can plan ahead and spend $10 instead of $40!! Just make sure, when you get home, to keep them in a spot you won’t forget about!

5. HAVE FUN!!
Grab a bunch of girlfriends, try out something new, and have some fun with your shopping! Don’t expect to get in and out of the store in 60 seconds or less, because chances are, you won’t. Carve out some time to go, whether it’s a “me time” outing, or a big family affair, make it fun! We associates will be trying to do the same!

Went there last night and snagged some bottles of the 75% off goodies. When I got to the counter the lady asked if I had a coupon. I said I had just cleaned out my coupons because they were expired. She said they will honor coupons 3 days out so she went ahead and gave me 20% off my purchase. Those bottles ended up $2 a piece!! Love BBW!
