I love sponsoring blogs! It’s such a great way to grow your blog and shop. Not only does it help your blog/shop, you get to make amazing friendships with other bloggers! I started sponsoring other blogs earlier this year and have had my readership go up, and have gotten to know some great bloggers. If you are just starting off your blog, or are in need of something to get you going again, I would definitely suggest sponsoring via swapping ads. All you have to do is set up your ad shop for your blog via Passionfruit, or another service. Then search out blogs that are your same size, a little bigger than you, and ask to swap ads. It’s usually free, and great for both of you! Then, I also suggest investing into a couple of really popular blogs that may be similar to your blog type to sponsor (lifestyle, mommy, newlywed, crafting, cooking, etc.). It may cost you some money, but chances are you will earn it back during your blogging future. You can also email those who you want to sponsor and ask for a coupon code. The least they can do is say no! And when you do that, they will usually do some kind of group giveaway or post during the month to help you grow your blog readers too. I love how this blogging world is all about helping each other!
I have played around with my sponsorship options several times in the past few months, and just changed it up again. The second option I have right now is the “Student of the Month” spot. It is for one ad a month, and it is more than just time on my sidebar. I will be here for you to email back and forth to ask questions or get advice. I will also give you social media shoutouts, time to do an individual post/giveaway on my blog, and extra large ad space on my sidebar. You can use this time however you would like, so it is great for any blogger or shop owner. I am charging $12 for one month, but you will be my sole advertiser (other than swaps), so I will be able to give you lots of attention! What a great giveaway – thanks!! It might sound silly, but my favorite Thanksgiving food is what my mom calls a "relish tray." Basically, there are pickles, black olives, celery and cream cheese (sounds like the weirdest thing ever, right?) and other little finger foods. It just reminds me of the holidays!
