I haven’t shared my happies and crappies with y’all for a WHILE, so that’s what I’m up to today!
Happies
The vacation we took last weekend was so great- very relaxing down at a lake in Oklahoma, and what I needed!
I had some “me time” yesterday, and laid out at a park in town. I got some sun, and they had a kiddie splash pad that I could stay cool with!
My brother is on his mission’s trip in Honduras and it sounds like he is having a phenomenal time!
I’m very much enjoying my small group and bible study each week. It uplifts me and makes me pursue God more!
I’m reading a book with my friend and having a book club about it, and I’m really enjoying the book. I can’t wait to share it with you all when I’m done!
Crappies
My laptop officially bit the dust this week, which made for an unhappy me. Now I will be using the family computer at home, or my iPhone, to post. Hopefully I can get something new soon, but I just don’t have the funds to pocket it right now.
We were going to fly in my dad’s little six-seated plane down to OK for our lake weekend, but when we got ALL of our things in, hopped in ourselves, and got all situated, my dad went to turn it on, and it wouldn’t start. It needed a part that wouldn’t be there until the next day, so we had to decide if we wanted to drive the 7 hour drive down there (the flight was only going to be 2 hours), or not go at all. So we drove, and it was fine, but flying would have been much easier.
My foot is still hurting after standing on it for long periods of time, which is both frustrating and paining. I’m praying for complete healing!

Eek! I'm sorry about the laptop. I know how you feel – I once had to use an iTouch to write a resume! Good luck finding a replacement.
