It’s the time of fun holidays, snowball fights, and getting SICK!! No one wants to get a bug, but lots of us do. So what do you do when you DO find yourself ill? Put yourself on house arrest, wrap yourself in the biggest blanket you can find, and watch netflix and eat chicken noodle soup? Or do you brave the outside world and draggg yourself through work just so you can go home to your loving bed?

One of the best things you can do for your body when you’re sick is… EXERCISE!
I know, I know, it’s exactly what you DON’T want to do when you’re sick. But, getting your blood pumping and your metabolism working will help your immune system and get the sick out of you sooner! Now, wait til you’re not super contagious, and you don’t have to overwork yourself, but take a walk around the neighborhood, or hit the gym! It has helped me immensely! and it makes you feel good.
That being said, make sure to bring those kleenex and lots of water! And please, for the sake of all of the rest of us, wipe down your machine after you use it!!
