Countdown to Christmas: 8 DAYS!!

Twas eight days before Christmas, and all through the town.

Lots of people were scurrying, all around.

The gifts were being bought, and wrapped up so pretty.

And cards being written, with jokes so witty.

The children were getting restless, all ready for break,

while teachers trying their best not to freak.

Most were shopping, and spending, and charging,

while others were working, and cooking, and crafting.

And with all this madness, no one could sleep!

Counting on Starbucks, instead of sheep.
