So today, I’m getting straight to the point:
I am SOOOOOOOO excited for this weekend!!! Two of my BEST friends are coming into town and I get to see them! I can’t wait!
I can’t wait for my next traveling adventure- I want to travel the world!
I am desperately in need of a new battery for my computer! We’re at the point now that whenever it’s disconnected from a power source, it dies immediately- even when it’s on standby. SO ANNOYING.
As far as my fall book, last year I read There Was an Old Lady who Swallowed Some Leaves with my firsties, and they loved it! It’s super cute, because the old lady swallows everything needed to make a scarecrow. It’s GREAT for sequencing and for tons of classroom activities!!
Look for the BLOG SWAP this weekend, and I’d still love a co-host!!!

I really want to watch "The Mindy Project"! I loved her in The Office! That book sounds super cute.. it makes me miss teaching the younger grades!
Happy October! =)

Just before I left today I read I Know An Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves! The kids LOVED it. Guess I need to get some sequencing and other activities ready to go with it. Any other suggestions?
